Hi! I wanted to write another really short one because that's been on my mind a lot. Social media is something that tears people down every day 24 seven. It makes me very insecure or at least it used to. There are still times when I look at the model or a girl that I know and I'm just like "dang I wish I looked like that". But my body is not built like every other person and I've learned to think that out loud whenever I see those women. But what I've gotten better at is cleaning up my page. I remove posts Unfollow people that make me feel bad about myself so that way I have a very healthy and happy feed. I follow on account of this girl who has recovered from an eating disorder and posts her body at all natural angles and from social media angles. When I first saw this account, I was an hour at how easy it was to pose right to look skinny. But when I cleaned up my feed it made me feel better and I had a better relationship with social media. But it was not easy. I deleted TikTok a while ago and I'm so glad I did. I delete Instagram a lot but I usually re-download it to post. I LOVE posting for some reason, idk why. Makes me feel confident a lot though, which I like.


Social media is something that is very hard to have a good relationship with and I know what works best for me so I've taken those steps to do what is best for me. When I cleaned up my feet, Instagram became way more positive and less toxic for me. When I delete a TikTok, I found myself enjoying life more and realizing how much time I really spin on that app. I hate TikTok, I will never stop hitting it because of how much time people spend on it and how toxic it is. If you haven't noticed I've used the word toxic a TON in this because of how much I HATE it. I hate social media and what it has done to girls and everyone all over this earth. It takes away from the true meaning of so many things.


So here are my tips to make your life a little better.

  1. DELETE TIKTOK

  2. Clean up your feed to be more realistic and positive, less models and edited influencers

  3. DELETE TIKTOK

  4. Go on a social media cleanse

  5. DELETE TIKTOK

  6. Set a screen time limit on socials

  7. DELETE TIKTOK

  8. When you find yourself scrolling, stop yourself and go do something better for yourself

Oh, and one last thing. DELETE TIKTOK!! It sucks, its so bad guys, seriously, delete that app.
